Under-17s also lose in Volos
The Under-17 team concluded their Super League campaign with a 3-2 defeat to Volos. The 2024-25 season champions ended the campaign with 62 points from 26 games, almost 10 points ahead of second-placed OFI. Next up is a summer tournament.
PAOK took the lead via Bakalidis in the 10th minute, but the home team equalized in the 18th minute, scoring a penalty and then taking the lead in the 32nd minute. PAOK equalized through Souvlatzis in the 60th minute with a penalty, but the home team found a way to score in the 88th minute and take the win.
It should be noted, of course, that several players who did not have a starting role during the season got some playing time, while several of the «little ones» from the Under-16 team also played.
The season does not end here for the Under-17 team, however, as they will be in Germany from June 6 to 9 for a challenging tournament.
