“Brøndby IF are building a strong squad”
He bid farewell to Denmark at the age of 18 and his career kept him away. As expected, Frank Arnesen is a person of interest after the UEFA draw paired PAOK with Brøndby IF in the UEFA Europa League play-offs.
PAOK FC Sports Director spoke to paokfc.gr after the UEFA Europa League play-off draw about the new challenge ahead for the “Double-Headed Eagle” on their quest to reach the group stage.
«I am looking forward to two very interesting games», was his initial reaction and he added: «Brøndby IF are one of Denmark’s biggest clubs. They didn’t get to a good start in the league, but I know they have very good players and are building a strong team on solid foundations. I am eagerly awaiting for the ties and I am happy for the opportunity to travel back home».
