Squad announced for Tripolis
PAOK are visiting Tripolis for one of their toughest tests in the Super League, their Sunday match against Asteras.
After three back-to-back home matches for the UEFA Europa League, Super League and Greek Cup, PAOK are testing their endurance against the Arkadia outfit.
The “Double-Headed Eagle” wrapped up preparations with a training session at Nea Mesimvria. It consisted of tactical drills, with Igor Tudor analyzing to his troops how he wants them to move on the pitch.
Marin Leovac, Stelios Kitsiou and Gojko Cimirot trained normally with the former making Tudor’s list for the Tripolis match. Eric Sabo is also in the list, having returned from Slovakia.
Dimitris Konstantinidis and Giannis Mystakidis followed a special recovery program, while Dimitar Berbatov continued his recuperation program with stationary bike and jogging.
The 18-man list consists of: Olsen, Glykos, Tzavellas, Vítor, Costa, Malezas, Leovac, Skondras, Golasa, Charisis, Sabo, Tziolis, Mak, Pelkas , Korovesis, Rodrigues, Jairo, Athanasiadis.
The team had a late lunch in Nea Mesimvria and then boarded their flight to Kalamata at 18.15.
