Three days to the… final

PAOK started off on the right foot in the Super League Souroti and can now focus on the big clash against SL Benfica.

26.08.2018

The “Double-Headed Eagle” have a historic and highly difficult challenge ahead of them: a maiden qualification for the UEFA Champions League group stage.

Răzvan Lucescu and his players have just three days ahead of them to recover the energy spent against feisty Asteras Tripolis and get ready for “the mother of all battles”, their clash against the Lisbon “Eagles” on Wednesday.

They completed the Saturday game without injury problems. Those who featured in the starting line-up did recovery and decompression work on Sunday.

The remaining players worked on their tactics and passing game. Monday’s training session is scheduled to start at 19:00 in Nea Mesimvria installations.
