The player had a knee problem and after a joint decision of the medical and coaching staff, he has been following a special rehabilitation program in order to exhaust – as was his wish – all the possibilities of being able to help the team in the last part of the season.

His body has not responded to the treatment, however, and since the discomfort did not subside, it was decided that Ingason needs an arthroscopy to overcome his problem. The details and the date of the operation are to be finalized in the coming days.
