Emphasis on transition and set pieces
The days are passing by, the work continues, and the players are getting more and more immersed in the philosophy of Razvan Lucescu having adapted to everyday life under the coach and his staff.
The program for the afternoon session on Friday (16.07) was mainly about tactics. After some running exercises and some rondo, the players were divided into groups.
While one group worked with the coach on defensive behaviors and the transition-to-attack phase, the other group did some work on static phases.
Omar El Kaddouri stayed at the hotel and continued his recovery program, while Stefan Schwab trained normally. Ingi Ingason and Douglas Augusto also stayed at the hotel for treatment and a training program in the swimming pool.
On Saturday (17.07), PAOK will play another friendly match on Dutch soil against Charleroi at 14:00 Greek time.
