Tactics ahead of Veria & Thiam debut
It was less crowded than usual in Nea Mesimvria, but pre-match proceedings remain the same, regardless if it’s an official or a friendly game.
Vladan Ivić and his assistants prepped the players for Thursday’s friendly encounter against Veria. The session consisted of ball passing, transition game and, of course, defensive and attacking tactics.
Mame Baba Thiam had his first training with PAOK and on Thursday he will go through ergometrics. Stelios Malezas did personalized training because of an inflamed groin muscle and has been ruled out of the Veria game. U20s’Giorgos Tzovaras will join the senior team on Thursday.
The team will leave for Veria at 16:50 from Toumba Stadium.
