PAOK can only keep their high level of performances only if they keep the players in full-readiness mode, as there are many and tough encounters ahead. That is why Thursday’s session was held in two groups.

Those who started the encounter against AEL Larissa did recuperation work in Nea Mesimvria. The rest went through a program of high intensity. They worked on speed and explosiveness, did possession and passing drills and each player engaged in specific exercises aiming to individual improvement depending on their position.

There are no injury worries following the Larissa match. As for Dimitris Pelkas and Djalma Campos, they continue their intense recovery programs that in some cases can last up to half a day.

Friday’s training session is scheduled to start at noon in Nea Mesimvria.
