Gym and ball passing drills

PAOK held their Friday session in Nea Mesimvria, where the sun made its appearance after quite a long absence.

PAOK players first went to the gym and worked on muscular strengthening under the guidance of Petar Milkanović. Then they went out on the pitch for the main course of their session.

The menu consisted of ball passing drills, exercises of collective tactics and practice of fast transition game from defense to attack and vice versa. They also worked on their finishing following crosses from the flanks.

Those who started the match against Larissa followed part of the main training and then went on with their decompression program. Dimitris Pelkas and Djalma Campos continue their recovery work in the gym and the pool.

PAOK’s last training session before the encounter against Asteras Tripolis is scheduled to take place on Saturday 4 February at 17:00 in Toumba Stadium.
