The squad for the match against AEK
The ‘Derby of the Double-Headed Eagles’, another ‘final’ to decide second place in the Super League Play Offs is all set for Wednesday (01.07, 21:00) evening at the Toumba. The Dikefalos tou Vorra finalized its preparations on Tuesday (30.06) with a last training session at the Toumba after which coach Abel Ferreira announced his squad for the match against AEK.
The final training session featured some fitness conditioning work, passing and possession games, a friendly match and some set-piece drills.
Both Adelino Vieirinha and Dimitris Pelkas continued their individual programs and will not be available for Abel Ferreira. Omar El Kaddouri returns from suspension, while out of contention are Jose Crespo and Leo Jaba, who are still not match fit after recovering from injuries, while Josip Misic and Douglas Augusto are also still sidelined.
