Foot on the gas
The tempo picked up on Sunday (09.08) morning in Pilio, with the early training session of the day devoted mainly to fitness.
In the first part of the morning session the players’ focus was on running and fitness drills, rondo, and sprinting exercises. In the second half of the session there was a mini tournament with plenty of intensity and one-on-one duels to enjoy.
Pontus Wernbloom had a wind-down session as scheduled, while Rodrigo and Douglas Augusto both trained individually in the gym and swimming pool
PAOK will train again in the afternoon at 18:30.
