A series of demanding matches is coming to it close, with PAOK set to face Apollon Smyrnis in Athens before the November international break. The Double-headed Eagle squad concluded its preparations for the game on Saturday (07.11) morning at the Toumba before departing in the afternoon for Athens.
The final training session ahead o the trip to Athens, and essentially, the only one with virtually all of the players at the coaching staff’s disposal, was dedicated mainly to tactics, with the coaches showing the players what they are looking for for Sunday’s match.
For the first time since he return from injury, Andre Vieirinha trained with the main group, having been previously sidelined due to contracting Covid-19.
PAOK will be without injury victims Dimitris Giannoulis and Enea Mihaj. The former began to receive treatment on his groin injury, while the latter has also began his recovery program following surgery on his knee.
