- PAOK and Panathinaikos have not met in a league match at the Toumba Stadium since November 3, 2019. That match ended in a 2-2 draw [66′, 90′ Vieirinha – 44‘ Zahid, 87′ Macheda], coming after Panathinaikos had lost two previous consecutive matches at the Toumba without scoring a goal.
- The last three games between the two teams in both the regular season and in the Play Offs have ended in a draw. In fact, not a single goal was scored in the last two meetings in last season’s Play Offs.
- Panathinaikos haven’t scored a goal against PAOK since February 2, 2020 in a 2-0 win at the OAKA. Since then, the two teams have met twice in the Greek Cup and twice in the Play Offs, with PAOK recording two wins and while two matches were drawn.

- On June 13, 2020 a 0-0 draw ended a series of 39 consecutive matches which featured a goal scored by either side, irrespective also of venue. The last time no goal was scored in a match between the tow clubs was on October 19, 2008.
- On August 25, 2002, one of PAOK’s biggest victories was recorded, a 4-1 win at the Toumba. Giorgos Georgiadis scored two goals in this match, Spasic scored the third, while there was also an own goal scored by Henriksen. The Panathinaikos goal came from a mistake made by Giasoumis who directed the ball into his own net. This high scoring win was bettered during Panathinaikos’ visit to the Toumba on December 10, 2017 when goals from Pelkas (8′, 51′) Koulouris (68′) and Prijovic (77′) gave PAOK a 4-0 victory.
- From March 15, 1987, when they lost 3-2 at the Toumba thanks to a hat-trick from Christos Dimopoulos, until May 5, 1996, when the Double-headed Eagle lost 1-0, PAOK remained undefeated for eight consecutive matches with a record of six wins and two draws in home matches with Panathinaikos.
