The final «rehearsal» began with the usual warm-up, running exercises and a game of rondo. The program continued with some attacking-focused tactical drills and some work on set-pieces, while at the end there was time for the traditional friendly match with players playing out of their usual positions.

Dimitris Giannoulis trained normally and will be available for selection for Abel Ferreira. Jose Crespo followed his individual program in the gym and in the swimming pool, as did Leo Jaba.

PAOK’s Portuguese coach is without the suspended Leo Matos and Chuba Akpom, as well as Omar El Kaddouri, who is not yet match-fit, for the match at the Toumba. The following is the 19-man squad selected by Ferreira:
