Happy Birthday Sidcley!

Our defender Sidcley turns 29 today, and PAOK FC would like to wish him many years of health, happiness and successes on both a personal and professional level.

Sidcley Ferreira Pereira was born on May 13, 1993 in Villa VelaEspirito Santo, Brazil. He joined the academies of his local club Tupy-ES and then moved to Linares, the biggest team in the immediate area.

He traveled to the United Arab Emirates to try out for Sharjah, before returning to his homeland to play for Catanduvense in the second division of the Paulista Championship.

This was a move that proved to launch the start of his career through a transfer to Atletico Paranaense. In total with ParanaenseSidcley played in 108 games, scoring eight goals and contributing seven assists.

He was then loaned out for one season to Atletico Goiananense in the second division, where in 34 appearances he scored two goals and provided two assists. He also spent six months with Corinthians and then Dinamo Kiev caming knocking on his door and the way to Europe was open. In the summer of 2018 he moved to the Ukrainian club for a fee of five million euros.

He made 33 appearances for Dynamo, scoring three goals and contributing three assists, while he also spent another season back on loan at Corinthians.

In hte summer of 2021 he arrived in Thessaloniki on loan and he has made 46 appearances for the club, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
