It was a huge win for the Double-headed Eagle on Thursday night. PAOK defeated Dinamo Zagreb 5-1 at the Toumba, overturning a 2-0 deficit from the first leg in Croatia and qualified for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa Conference League in superb style.

Konstantinos Koulierakis was the standout protagonist for the home side on the night. The Greek defender put in an impressive performance. He scored two goals, regardless of whether one was credited as an own goal afterwards, distributed one assist, participated in all phases of the game, won most of the duels he fought in, and was flawless in defence.

With a percentage of 62.88% in the online poll,Koulierakis won the Fans’ Man of the Match award by a country mile.

In second place was Dominik Kotarski who produced yet another flawless display, while Andre Vieirinha completed the podium, with another outstanding European performance in his illustrious career.
