Ferreira’s speech and victory for the… oranges
Abel Ferreira took center stage at Sunday’s training session on his birthday. PAOK TV, as always, brings you the inside view.
At the start of the session, the Dikefalos tou Vorra used the excuse that he is the coach to avoid getting the traditional birthday slaps from everyone on the back of his head coming out of the tunnel. Then, Ferreira gave a passionate speech to his players, as is the tradition before matches, but this time it really was something special. For a birthday gift, the Portuguese asked the players for victory over Atromtos.
On the training pitch, the players were split into two groups after doing some warm-up exercises for a friendly match with players playing out of their natural positions. This time it was the orange-clad bibs who won the day.
