Another ‘final’ incoming

The team enjoyed a hugely successful evening at the Kleanthis Vikelidis Stadium. However, PAOK has yet another ‘final’ to contest, a match which may well define who finishes second in this season’s Super League. It’s a derby of the Double-headed Eagles at the Toumba, and Abel Ferreira’s squad began their preparations for the match on Monday (29.06) in Nea Mesimvria.

Players and coaching staff gathered at the club’s Training Center at Nea Mesimvria and began to roll their sleeves up ahead of Wednesday’s upcoming match against the Kitrinomavri at the Toumba.

Those who were in the starting IX against Aris on Sunday took part in a wind-down and recuperation program, while the rest of the group worked on passing, possession and build-up play.

Dimitris Pelkas and Adelino Vieirinha continued their individual training programs, while there are no fresh injury problems for the Portguuese coach following Sunday’s (28.06) match.

On Tuesday (30.06) PAOK will training again at 19:00.
