Focused on Danish trip
The challenge of the 2021-22 UEFA Europa Conference League knock-out stages starts on Thursday (17.02) in Denmark and the Double-headed Eagle players are working hard in order to be absolutely ready for the match against Midtjylland.
Tuesday’s (15.02) training session was dedicated to possession and ball movement, with Razvan Lucescu giving the players some special tactical lessons. In the final part, the players played out a mini friendly match.
Thomas Murg felt some discomfort in his stomach area and withdrew from training. Nelson Oliveira continued with his individual recovery program in the gym and on the practice pitches.
On Wednesday (16.02) PAOK will train at 10:30 at the Toumba. The first 15 minutes of the session will be open to media representatives. At 13:00 in the Toumba press room, Razvan Lucescu and Ingi Ingason will be present for the standard pre-match news conference ahead of the first leg against Midtjylland, while in the afternoon the team will depart from Macedonia Airport for Denmark.
