PAOK U13s in Moscow for the Lukoil Cup finals

Last season in Istanbul, now in Moscow… PAOK U13s are always there. The final stage of the renowned Lukoil Children’s Champions Cup (26-30 August) is held in the Russian capital, with the participation of PAOK, FC Spartak Moscow, Beşiktaş JK, GNK Dinamo Zagreb and Moldovan club Dacia, who all won their respective peripheral tournaments.

A year ago, in August 2014, then U13 squad of PAOK won the tournament against Malmö and were presented the trophy by Wesley Sneijder, one of the competition’s ambassadors. In August 2015, the next generation of U13s is following on the footsteps of their predecessors.

Lukoil Children’s Champions Cup was inaugurated two years ago in Russia and has been expanding constantly. Its antiracist message has been conveyed by illustrious ambassadors, such as Dimitar Berbatov, Branislav Ivanović, Goran Pandev and Wesley Sneijder who crowned PAOK last season in the Istanbul finals.

PAOK’s team consists of: Adamopoulos, Ampatzidis, Iatrou, Mantics, Tsagalidis, Kouidis, Konstantelias, Stojnovic, Karakoutis, Tsiatris, Kizylis, Daskalakis, Pairazidis, Tsapakidis, Stampoulidis, Zadikopoulos.

Players are escorted by coaches Vasilis Kanaras, Savvas Konstantinidis and Apostolis Papavasiliou.
