Marin Leovac spoke to Novasports TV and shared his thoughts ahead of the encounter against Panathinaikos. Here is what the Croatian full back said:
On the last game of the season and what his team need to do to win:
«First of all, we need to recover well after the AEK Athens encounter. Then we must check out which players are available to play, as several are suspended or injured«.
On the factors that will decide the encounter:
«We play at home and everything is different. We will have our fans on our side. We must be attack-minded right from the start and show our rivals that they have no hope in Toumba«.
On the off-field clash between the two clubs and if that is affecting them:
«We are trying to shield our minds from all this. Our job is to focus on the pitch and our game. We have nothing to gain by dwelling on such stuff. We aim to go out on the pitch and win this match«.
