Back to work
The whole football section of PAOK needed the break, both physically and mentally. After this well-deserved rest, the “Double-Headed Eagle” returned to work.
The first half of the season ended positively, despite the many tough encounters players had to go through. They have laid the foundations to success and everyone are focusing on the next fixtures of the season and their objectives.
Players and coaching staff gathered in Nea Mesimvria on Sunday and got to work. They started with the necessary warm-up routine, then engaged in a possession and passing game, practiced their finishing and concluded the session with a training match.
Adelino Vieirinha trained with his team-mates at first and then continued his personalized program. He is expected to work normally on Monday. As for Pontus Wernbloom, his stitches have been removed and is going through physiotherapy on an everyday basis in the gym.
On Monday morning, PAOK will hold their last training session for 2018 at 11:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
