Greek Cup final preparation underway
The league marathon is over, PAOK writing history as undefeated champions. There is one match remaining until the end of the season. The football section of the “Double-Headed Eagle” have but one thing on their minds: the domestic double.
Preparations for Saturday’s Greek Cup final kicked off on Monday in Nea Mesimvria. Those who featured against PAS Giannina in Zosimades did decompression and recuperation work in the gym, the pool and the pitch. The rest worked with the coaching staff on possession and passing.
Dimitris Giannoulis sustained a nose bone injury on Sunday. He trained apart from his teammates and he will undergo tests. Léo Matos also trained on his own, as well as long-time absentees Maurício and Pontus Wernbloom
Tuesday’s training session is scheduled to start at 17:00 in Toumba Stadium.
