The squad for Lamia
The only thing on the PAOK players’ minds progression to the Greek Cup semi-finals as the squad departed for Lamia. The squad’s preparations for the second leg of their quarter-final tie concluded on Tuesday (02.03) with a final training session at the Toumba Stadium.
The final dress rehearsal before the team departed by coach to Fthiotida was mainly focused on energizing the players. It began with some fitness exercises and rondo, which was then followed by work on set-pieces, while the final part saw the squad break into three teams to compete against each other in a three-team mini tournament.
Douglas Augustio and Leo Jaba continued to train individually as they look to overcome injuries, while Enea Mihaj stayed at the club’s Nea Mesimvria training base to continue his rehab training program.
Apart from the above injured players, the coaching team do not have any furhter personnel problems for the clash with Lamia. At the end of the training session the following squad was announced:
