A high intensity training session
The Double-headed Eagle squad are preparing for their departure to Cyprus, while at the same time they are working at high intensity levels in Nea Mesimvria.
Saturday’s (26.11) training session started with the customary warm-up and rondo games with some pressing, too. The players were then divided into two groups. Forwards dealt with some automation exercises and build-up play, while defenders dealt with defensive automation exercises and transitions. In the last part there was a friendly double-header played at a high tempo.
On Sunday (27.11) PAOK will train again at 10:00 in Nea Mesimvria before then leaving for Cyprus at 15:45, where the main stage of their preparations for the season restart after the World Cup will take place.
