The morning was dedicated to running and fitness in Nea Mesimvria for the Double-headed Eagle players, with an emphasis also on transitions as well as some tactical pieces in the finale.
The day started in a… difficult way for the players, as Razvan Lucescu and his technical staff prepared a particularly demanding program, full of running adn fitness exercises.
The training session menu included a warm-up, some possession games, running drills, sprints, work on transitions and, finally, a tactical lesson from the coach.
