Guidance for fans travelling to Vigo
Paokfc.gr has gathered all the information PAOK fans who are travelling to Spain for the match against Celta will need as the team prepare for their Matchday 2, 2025-26 UEFA Europa League contest against Celta Vigo.
On October 2nd, Vigo will be hosting events for National Police Day, with a large police presence and a parade in the city center. For this reason, special attention is recommended when traveling and full compliance with the instructions of the authorities.
The meeting point for PAOK fans has been designated as the point you will find here. Vehicles will park there and from this point pedestrians will walk to the stadium. Departure is scheduled for 18:00 (local time).
The gates of the The Balaidos Stadium will open at 19:00 (local time) for PAOK fans who have tickets for Gate 20, while for first-class category ticket holders (Gates 2 and 5) entry will begin at 19:30.
After the match, PAOK supporters must remain in their seats stands for approximately 20 minutes, in accordance with the instructions of the authorities. We remind you that a valid ticket in printed A4 format or in electronic format (opened PDF from the purchase email) is required to enter the stadium. Screenshots are not accepted.
Strict ticket checks and physical searches will be carried out around the perimeter of the stadium. It is recommended to arrive early to avoid delays. We also remind you that that throwing smoke bombs, fireworks, flares, the use of lasers and the carrying of sharp objects is strictly prohibited. Banners with political, racist, religious or abusive content are not allowed. An advanced monitoring system operates in the stadium, therefore strict compliance with the rules is required.
Only national flags without symbols or messages that could be perceived as political or provocative by the relevant authorities are permitted.
Fans without a ticket should not approach the stadium.
