After a tough game, full of intensity for almost the entire 90 minutes and few moments of quality, PAOK B scored a goal in each half and claimed a vital away win that moved them on to 18 points, two matches before the end of the regular season of the championship.

PAOK’s second string took the lead in the 33rd minute with a well-converted penalty kick by Gitersos, which was won by Mustma and although he could have locked up the match in the 40th and 42nd minutes, Tsopouroglou failed to find the net on both occasions.

In the second half, the Double-headed Eagle, playing with a numerical advantage due to the sending off of Tsamouris with a red card after a tough hit on Mustma, failed to look threatening.

In fact, they were in danger of conceding an equalizer in the 65th minute, but thankfully Nikolakoulis in the PAOK B reacted briliantly to keep the lead intact.

Shortly afterwards, in the 68th minute, Nestos was sent off for picking up a second yellow card, with the match remaining essentially in the balance. That was until the 89th minute, when Kalaitsidis beautifully set up Moutsas to score to make the final 2-0 scoreline.

The next game for PAOK B is an away game against Makedonikos next Saturday, 17.01.
