The flag remains on the mast for another year. Andre Vieirinha has signed a new contract with the club and will continue his career at the Double-headed Eagle until the end of the 2021-22 season.

The Leader joined the PAOK family for the first time back in the distant year of 2008. In four years he experienced so much, became one with the club, but then it was time to leave. He went to Germany with Wolfsburg where he established himself as one of the top right backs in the Bundesliga, winning a place in the Portuguese national team and won Euro 2016.

In the summer of 2017 he returned ‘home’, and made sure to fulfill the promises he made on departing. He won two Greek Cups and was part of the team that made Greek football history by winning the Greek domestic double undefeated.

And now Vieirinha will continue to wear the Double-headed Eagle on his chest and the number 20 on the back for another season.
