The Champions 4life Under-15’s of PAOK 

PAOK are celebrating their fourth consecutive trophy and seventh overall out of the 12 that have been held in the Under-15 age category. Our Super League youngsters won yet another league title, undefeated in fact – just like our U-19’s – recording 25 wins and one draw, scoring 78 times (!) and conceding just 11 times.

Dimitriadis’ and Vasilakou’s team made an impressive run in the Super League championship, essentially «locking up» the title early, lifting the trophy with two matches to spare, being seven points clear of Olympiacos, plus 25 from Panathinaikos and AEK. Players and team staff enjoyed it with all their hearts at the trophy award ceremony that took place on Sunday afternoon in Souroti, after the last match of the championship against Volos.

Since 2013-14 and with the … break due to covid (2020-21) 12 championships have been held. PAOK have won seven (2015, 2017, 2019, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026), Olympiacos four and Panathinaikos one.

This title is PAOK’s 21st in total (U-19, U-17, U-15), compared to Olympiacos’ 20, while if PAOK’s two U-19 Super League Cups are included, the trophy total is 23. There is perhaps another interesting statistic. Only PAOK Academy have won four consecutive championships, both in the U-19 and U-15 age categories.

Regarding the statistics of this year’s U-15 conquest (excluding those of today’s match), Priovolos has 23 goals and four assists, Kakalis 19 goals and 11 assists, Solomidis five goals and six assists, Athanasellis four goals and four assists, Perrostis four goals and two assists. Next up are Floros, Itskos, Efstathiadis, and Skaleris with three goals (Efstathiadis and Skaleris each have two assists), Fardellas and Papageorgiou each have two goals, while Deliopoulos (four assists), Papageorgiou (three assists), Drosos (one assist), Tsiligeridis (two assists), Vakoufaris, Papanikou have recorded one goal each. Our U-15 champions comfortably completed their obligations, defeating Volos 4-0 in the Matchday 26 contest, which took place on Sunday afternoon in Souroti.

It was the 25th win for Dimitriadis’ and Vasilakou’s charges, plus a draw in a dream season for this age group of the PAOK Academy.

The Kakalis opened the scoring in the 11th minute from an assist by Priovolos. Kakalis also provided an assist to Papageorgiou in the 32nd minute, for 2-0, which was how the teams went into the dressing rooms at half-time. PAOK scored two more goals, in the 71st minute by Fardellas and in the 73rd minute by Athanasellis.
