Monday’s evening session was all about tactics, especially deployment and defensive function. Angelos Anastasiadis’ players were not allowed to touch the ball with their feet, instead they had to pass it around with their head and hands.

Then they worked on pressuring the opponent up high in their own half. PAOK head coach would often hold play in order to give instructions on how he wants his players to move and mark their rivals. The session ended with a training match.

Κristi Qose trained normally for the first time, while Ergys Kace followed part of the session and then trained apart as he is getting ready to join full training in upcoming days.

Following the minor surgery in his left-foot big toe, Nikos Spyropoulos was able to put on his training shoes and start jogging. He is expected to train normally in a few days.

Fanis Tzandaris went through a personalized recovery session due to pains in the groin area. He is expected to be at the disposal of his coach on Tuesday.
