Under-17s defeat Levadiakos 9-0
PAOK’s U-17 ran riot on Sunday, defeating Levadiakos 9-0 on Sunday afternoon in Souroti on Matchday 12 of the Super League. Second-placed PAOK are now on 20 points after nine games, chasing the top spot.
Matera made it 1-0 in the sixth minute with a placed effort, Souvlatzis made it 2-0 in the ninth minute with a header, after a cross from Xesternos, and Xesternos then made it 3-0 with a nicely placed shot in the 24th minute, after latching on to a through-ball from Lazaridis. Before half-time, PAOK scored again, in the 42nd minute, with a lob from Souvlatzis, after an assist from Vlachos.
PAOK’s youngsters continued at the same pace in the second half. In the 49th minute, Hatsidis provided the assist, Metaxas scored, and in the 54th minute, Vlachos then passed for Matera and made it 6-0. The seventh goal was scored by Vlachos with a header from an assist by Hatsidis, the eighth by Patsalidis from a corner kick by Matera, and finally, the 9-0 goal came from Metaxas in the 82nd minute, after a pass from Mokos.
The next game for PAOK is away against Aris on 6.12.
