For a second consecutive day, stud boots remained unused, as the training session consisted exclusively of work on physical condition and endurance.
The players of the “Double-Headed Eagle” put on their running shoes and, after being split into two groups, they followed the demanding program issued by Paolo Artico that consisted of jogging and runs, sprints, intervals, endurance and physical condition exercises.
Gojko Cimirot, Dimitris Chatziisaias, Panagiotis Glykos, Dimitris Konstantinidis, Dimitar Berbatov and Jairo continued their recovery programs, while Garry Rodrigues went on with his reintegration work.
Wednesday’s session is scheduled to start at 17:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
