Transition and finishing
Everybody at PAOK’s camp are now focusing on the Super League encounter against AEP Iraklis, corresponding to matchday 22. Vladan Ivić and his players continued preparations for the Kaftanzoglio encounter with an intense training session on Friday afternoon in Nea Mesimvria.
The session was action-packed and focused on various aspects of the game. Players started with passing drills, then practiced on finishing and transition.
Marin Leovac suffers of viral infection and didn’t train. The Croatian was administered medicine and left Nea Mesimvria. Giannis Mystakidis on the other hand, who sustained a metatarsal hematoma during the away encounter against FC Schalke 04, trained normally after having the affected area bandaged. José Alberto Cañas continued this recovery and reintegration program.
Saturday’s training session is scheduled to start in Toumba Stadium at 17:00.
