PAOK Story: Rade Paprica
An emotional bond often doesn’t require time to form. It can be… love at first sight. It can be a short-lived but very intense feeling. Right from the moment Rade Paprica joined the club, he knew that PAOK would become an important part of his life.
He joined PAOK in 1984 and remained in Thessaloniki until 1986, for a total of 41 appearances and 7 goals. He was a key player of the “Double-Headed Eagle” when they claimed their second league trophy in 1985.
He had an outstanding season and scored a beautiful and extremely important goal against Panathinaikos in the Olympic Stadium of Athens, to bring his side closer to the league title.
