The wait is over. And the final countdown for the Super League’s biggest match of the season so far has begun. PAOK travel to Athens to face Olympiacos for a top-of-the-table derby clash at the Georgios Karaiskakis stadium.
The Dikefalos tou Vorra wrapped up the preparations for the derby match with a final training session held at the Toumba. Abel Ferreira and his players worked on fine-tuning their tactical approach for the match, including set-pieces.
The Porutguese coach had no fresh injury worries ahead of the much-anticipated contest at the Georgios Karaiskakis stadium, with only long-term injury victims Leo Jaba and Pontus Wernbloom unavailable. The 19-man squad selected for the match against Olympiacos is the following:
