High-intensity work
The team’s preparations for the upcoming match against Granada in Spain are reaching their climax following a high-intensity training session on Monday (26.10) morning at Nea Mesimvria.
Today’s training session was all about high-octane fitness conditioning work. The players started with some running exercises and sprinting, then moved on to some possession games with the ball, while the finale featured a three-team tournament.
Jose Crespo, Omar El Kaddouri and Karol Swiderski training normally, meaning the squad now has a clean bill of health.
The PAOK players will train next on Tuesday (27.10) at 17:00 at the Toumba, before departing for Spain on Wednesday (28.10) morning.
