On his feelings after renewing his contract:

«Joy. We both wanted to continue our collaboaration, and to work together, so I’m happy. I have said many times that my goal is always to end my career here and this renewal is another step towards that.»

On his next goals:

«The next goal is to win Sunday’s game. This is my team’s goal. It is a difficult game. An important match that we want to win, and one in which we have to improve ourt performance compared to the last match and move on.»

On the match against Aris:

«We did not get the results we wanted. We have to look at our ourselves and work hard. We’re playing at home and so we are obliged to win. The result will be deicded in the finer details. The team that makes the fewest mistakes will win and we want that to be us. We need to have desire and passion, and if we have that then we will succeed.»

On what he will say to his teammates:

«We have experienced players who have played in many derbies. We have been through them together and we know the significance of PAOK-Aris games. We will talk about it again. The important thing is to do our job as the coach asks us to and to win.»

On the amount of derbies that will follow:

«In the Play Offs, every match is a derby. We want to change the image of the team, prove what we can do to win the derby, and also end a season that did not go as we would have liked in the right manner. We also have the cup to play for, but we are looking at things one game at a time and the most important thing right now is the match aghainst Aris.»

On whether he is already thinking about the next contract renewal or whether this will be the last:

«I have said that one more year is enough. If I realize that I will not be able to offer something to the team any longerr I will stop. Right now I think I still have a lot to offer. I am happy to be here for another season. But I am looking at it game by game, week by week, month by month and year by year.»
