Vieirinha wins Fans Man of the Match award
Adelino Vieirinha came out on top in the paokfc.gr and PAOK FC Official App Fans’ Man of the Match vote for the match against Gent at the Ghelamco Arena in the UEFA Europa Conference League Round of 16 tie.

Against the enthusiastic youth of Gent, Vieirinha shrewdly used all of his rich experience, playing smart, keeping the opposition in check in defence, while he also assisted Douglas for the winning goal which made the score 2-1 to PAOK.
The moment of the match was undoubtedly when the Portuguese refused to be substituted, despite the fact that he was bleeding from a headwould and had to have several stitches in order to continue.
In the poll for the Fans’ Man of the Match, the leader received 39.14% of the votes to clinch the award.
Chuba Akpom was in second place. The Englishman may not have found the net but he was everywhere for his team. He was involved in countless duels with the home defenders, held up the ball brilliantly, and was crucial to Lucescu’s tactical plan.
Douglas Augusto completed the podium. In addition to the beautiful goal he scored, the Brazilian produced a solid display, showing high levels of concentration and was a significant presence in both defense and attack.
