On Monday (11.09) the players and technical staff returned to training and began the preparations for the upcoming local derby clash at Toumba Stadium. The workout program started with some fitness exercises and rondo, and was followed by work in two alternating groups. While one group worked with the coaches on defensive aspects, the other group practiced finishing drills. In the final part of the session, the players contested a mini-friendly match.

Felipe Soares and Marcos Antonio continued their individual training programs, with the Brazilian doing the warm-up with the team.

Baba Rahman was the first international to return from his duties with his country. The Ghanaian left-back worked individually and his condition will be assessed on a daily basis, with no cause for concern.

On Tuesday (12.09), PAOK will train again at 18:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
