Preparations for return leg kick off
The first “half” of PAOK’s UEFA Champions League 3rd qualifying round tie with Malmö in Sweden ended in a draw. Now everything will be decided at Toumba Stadium next Tuesday (13.08). The Double-headed Eagle squad started their preparations on Thursday afternoon (08.08) in Nea Mesimvria.
The players who were in the starting line-up at the Eleda Stadium followed a recovery and rehabilitation program, while the rest of the squad worked on both physical fitness and tactics through various exercises and games.
Jonny Otto underwent an MRI which showed he has a swelling in his hip. The Spaniard has started some treatment and his condition will be reassessed in the coming days.
On Friday (09.08) PAOK will train at 18:30 in Nea Mesimvria.
