The members of the Board of Directors of A.S. PAOK decided the above, without even seeing and certainly not even discussing, the so-called “cooperation agreement”. 42 days later, no member of the PAOK family, not even those who voted for the blank authorization of Mr. Katsaris, have seen it.

Everything, obviously, in secret.

On July 21, 2025, at an official meeting of the representatives of PAOK FC with Messrs. Isaiadis, Bekiaris and Patridas, they were handed the proposed memorandum of cooperation by our side (with the aim of distributing it to the other members of the Board), which was analyzed in detail and they were presented with studies, plans, topographies, etc., which have been carried out and paid for by PAOK FC. At the same time, we made the main points of our proposal known to the public.

Everything in clear and plain sight from our side.

It is recalled that the proposed memorandum of cooperation is the result of consultations between representatives of the club and Amateur organisation throughout the previous period.

During the discussion, the representatives of Erasitechnis, Messrs. Isaiadis, Bekiaris and Patridas, expressed their positive mood for immediate signing and as if by magic, from the next morning, they informed us that A.S PAOK lawyer, Mrs. Giannakopoulou Katerina, is on… vacation and therefore the board of directors cannot meet immediately.

By e-mail on July 23, 2025, we invited them, if they have any questions or other opinions on the memorandum, to present them to us before the meeting of their board of directors, as well as for confidentiality reasons, that this specific memorandum of cooperation be given only to the members of the Board of Directors of A.S. PAOK and to Mrs. Katerina Giannakopoulou.

Of course, no questions or comments were presented to us until the start of the meeting of their board of directors.

During yesterday’s meeting of the board of directors of A.S. PAOK, on July 28, 2025, a delegation from PAOK FC was present, which analyzed the memorandum of cooperation, answered the questions that were asked and accepted all the changes requested by the Amateur side.

When we entered into the discussion about the signing of the memorandum, to our immense surprise and indignation, some members of the PAOK FC Board of Directors told us that they had not read it… and some others that it had not even been given to them… by Mr. Isaiadis and Ms. Giannakopoulou, to read it.

Suddenly, Ms. Giannakopoulou, a close associate of Mr. Katsaris for decades, representing, as she said, the members of the PAOK FC Board of Directors, from whom she had asked in a strong tone “to finally behave like men”, told us that much more time was needed, without specifying when they would be ready to sign the relevant agreement, and she constantly caused artificial tensions.

Somewhere there, the board of directors ended for us.

The masks fell.

Unfortunately, those who see that some have their own agenda, foreign to PAOK, are confirmed, and the last thing they are interested in is the New Toumba.

Everyone now understands what is at stake and what is the role of each.

No one can blackmail and put the PAOK family up for auction.

We hold all those who are pouring water into the mill of division, in order to serve foreign agendas, solely responsible at all levels, for anything that happens from now on.

In these moments, in the year that the club celebrates its centenery year, everyone must assume their responsibilities.

PS1. Yesterday, in a meeting that is a shame for the history of PAOK, the Board of Directors of A.S. PAOK treated Ivan Savvidis like a FOREIGNER. The man who has truly put not only his money, but mainly his soul for the entire PAOK family all these years. The people of PAOK, who have experienced refugeeism and injustice on their own skin, cannot bear to bear this stigma of injustice and ingratitude on themselves.
