Vote for the August PAOK TV Play of the Month
Three plays stood out over the past month that will fight it out for the title of Play of the Month for August. You will decide the winner by voting via paokfc.gr. Let’s go!
The first nomination comes from Jiri Pavlenka and his great save against Wolfsberger in Austria. In the 36th minute, the home team went on the counter-attack after a PAOK corner kick. Balo found himself one-on-one with Pavlenka , but the Czech kept his effort out at a crucial moment.
The second phase was Konstantelia’s ball to Giakoumakis in the match against Rijeka. The young midfielder picked the lock of the Croatian defense with an intelligent pass over the top, and Giakoumakis applied a superb finish after flicking the ball over a defender’s head before firing home to make it 4-0 for the Double-headed Eagle.
Finally, the third nomination comes from Matchday 2 of the Stoiximan Super League against Atromitos. Magomed Ozdoev saw Pelka’s move in the box and picked him out with a perfect cross to the far post. The Greek midfielder sent the ball home from close range and gave PAOK three valuable points.
