Work ahead of Bulgaria trip
A European matchweek for PAOK, who began their preparations for the away game against Ludogorets, with the sole goal of getting three points as the team continues teh battle to qualify for the next phase of the 2025-26 UEFA Europa League.
The players who were in the starting lineup for the league match against Aris followed a recovery and rehabilitation program in the swimming pool and gym. The rest of the group worked on the training pitch in the area of attacking tactics, while they also contested some short mini-friendly matches.
Giorgos Giakoumakis began a course of treatment for his injury, while both Dimitris Pelkas and Joan Sastre continued with his physiotherapy treatment, due to a calf muscle injury.
On Wednesday (10.12) PAOK will train at 11:30 at the Toumba Stadium. The training session will be open to media representatives for the first 15 minutes. In the afternoon, the team departs for Bulgaria and at 20:00 the pre-match press conference will be held at the Ludogorets Arena before the crucial match. Razvan Lucescu will be flanked by Kiril Despodov .
