The training session program began with a warm-up, followed by some rondo, then possession games and a high-intensity match to wrap things up.

Dimitris Hatsidis and Giorgos Giakoumakis each followed an individual program on the field, while Dejan Lovren and Mady Kamara underwent treatment.
