Makis Kosmidis has been working at PAOK since 2011, initially as a coach at the PAOK Academy and then along the way as a member of the scouting department of the first team, and in the analysis department.
He is a TEFAA graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), holds a UEFA A diploma, and often lectures in the Lifelong Learning Performance Analysis program of the AUTH.
With PAOK he has celebrated a Greek championship and four Greek Cups. He speaks English and Spanish.
