Born in Kavala in 1993, Tsiknas has significant experience in international football, with seven consecutive seasons on the Real Madrid staff, as a tactical analyst, both in the Real Madrid academy and in Castilla (B team). In the past, he also worked at Getafe as an assistant coach with the Under-17s, while he was also a former SKODA Xanthi player in the club’s youth academy.
He specializes in tactical analysis, individual and team player evaluations, training planning and the scouting and recruitment process, with excellent use of tools such as Hudl, SportsCode, NacSports and Longo Match.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Football and Sporting Sciences of the Democritus University of Thrace and holds postgraduate degrees from Spanish universities in areas such as football methodology, scouting and sports organization management. He holds a UEFA Α license.
