Tudor, like in the old days
PAOK trained twice on Thursday at Nea Mesimvria. In the morning, they engaged in intense physical condition and muscular strengthening work under the watchful eye of Paolo Artico.
In the afternoon, they went through tactical drills and played a training match, with Igor Tudor stealing the show as striker, while Dimitar Berbatov featured as sweeper!
It was an intense session but the mood was light and the two sides broke the deadlock in a penalty shootout. Tudor’s team won the tie and were spared from doing push-ups!
Apart from the players absent on international duty, Stelios Malezas did physiotherapy out of precaution due to sole pains. Physiotherapy was also on the menu for Ricardo Costa (ankle), Eyal Golasa (calf), as well as Ergys Κace and Marin Leovac.
