Moscow. Deep breath. Rest. Return. Next station, Lisbon. PAOK started their preparation for the ties against SL Benfica.
Omar El Kaddouri sustained a knock in the left knee during the second leg against FC Spartak Moscow. The midfielder of PAOK had an MRI that confirmed a bone edema, which renders him doubtful for the “Estádio da Luz” encounter.
Those who started the Moscow encounter did decompression and recuperation work. The rest worked on tactics and their passing game, physical condition drills included.
Pontus Wernbloom held his first training session at PAOK. He went through medical tests and then joined his new team-mates in part of the program.
Friday’s training session is scheduled to start at 19:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
