Croatia on their minds
The countdown to kick-off is coming to a conclusion. PAOK are preparing to travel to Croatia for another ‘cup final’ against Rijeka which will decide which of the two teams will qualify for the group stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Razvan Lucescu and his coaching staff have placed a heavy emphasis on the tactical approach that they want to see against the Croatians over the last few days, concocting a recipe which they hope will bring them the victory they want.
On Tuesday (24.08) the training session was mainly focused on build-up play, passing game, and set-piece plays.
Rodrigo Soares and Ingi Ingason both continued their injury rehabilitation training programs that they are following.
On Wednesday (25.08) PAOK will train at 09:00 at the Toumba Stadium. The session will be open to the press for the first 15 minutes.
At 11:30 Razvan Lucescu and a representative of the players will give a press-match press conference, while at 18:00 the PAOK squad will depart for Rijeka.
